It all began in Williamsburg, New York, where our paths crossed unexpectedly through an online dating app.Our first date was on December 11th, 2022, a day before Patty’s birthday. We went to Nami Nori, a sushi spot she loved, not knowing that he didn’t like sushi at all. He smiled his way through it, and somewhere along the way became a real sushi fan.It was a great first date! Dinner at a sushi counter, Idan Raichel songs, a midnight search for a birthday cake, and Amir singing "Happy Birthday".The next day at her birthday party, she told her friends, “I met the guy.”And when she returned home from the party, he was waiting for her with flowers and chocolates: and just like that, date #2 began.We fell in love quickly, sharing "cafecitos", discovering new restaurants, traveling together, taking long walks with our sweet dog Bianca, and dreaming about our future life.Over the past years, we built a relationship rooted in love, friendship, joy and jewish values.We got engaged in the most magical way: a rooftop proposal overlooking Central Park in New York - the city where our story began.We're so excited to continue on the next chapter of our lives as newlyweds in California. Dress Code: Formal Evening AttireWe kindly ask our guests to dress in formal evening wear.Think long dresses for women, and suits with a tie for men.Jerusalem can get cool in March, especially at night, so we recommend bringing a light wrap or jacket for the Chuppah ceremony.
